FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

SICT's Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for the following activities related to bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs:

  • Student registration and academic operations
  • Admissions operations
  • Graduation operations
  • Transfers
  • Course selection, credit registration, and class schedules
  • Examination operations
  • Student loan processing, scholarships, credit incentives, tuition records, and accounts receivable management
  • Student advising services
  • Other administrative activities

The School of Information and Communication Technology offers higher education at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. The bachelor's program admits applicants with complete secondary education and aims to provide foundational university-level professional education and to prepare specialists with knowledge and skills for further independent learning.

The doctoral program admits successful master's graduates working in their professional fields with research outputs, who possess strong theoretical knowledge. Through doctoral training and supervised research on specific topics, the program prepares scholars with academic degrees who make substantive contributions to science and technology.
