MUST quality management system
The university's quality management system, policies and procedures.
MUST is establishing structural units that are responsible for building a quality management system, continuously conducting monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of activities, certifying quality both internally and through external bodies, and reporting it to the public — phase by phase. Specifically: by Rector's order dated 2018.01.31, the Quality Monitoring, Analysis, and Assessment Office was established, and by order dated 2021.04.07, Quality Managers were appointed in the constituent schools.
The organizational structure for implementing the quality monitoring and evaluation function at MUST is as follows
Core functions of the Quality Monitoring, Analysis, and Assessment Office

- Monitoring and evaluating the development and execution of MUST's strategic plan, performance contracts, and operational plans
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and standard requirements
- Monitoring and evaluating the development, implementation, and improvement of internal regulations, procedures, and instructions
Core functions of the Quality Manager
- Supporting the unit responsible for MUST's quality monitoring and evaluation
- Ensuring, monitoring, and analyzing internal quality assurance of curricula and research activities
- Organizing and leading the quality management implementation process within the constituent school
- Expanding stakeholder collaboration, gathering relevant information, conducting analysis, and organizing work to align with their needs
- Implementing and disseminating social responsibility policies that enhance the university's reputation
- Monitoring and evaluating the work plans and performance of constituent schools, departments, and units, and organizing work necessary for their improvement
