Memorandum of Cooperation Signed with "Summit Computer Technology" LLC
On 27 March 2026, L. Bayar-Erdene, Director of the School of Information and Communications Technology of MUST, and Sh. Enkhbold, CEO of Summit Computer Technology LLC, signed a memorandum of cooperation.
Through this memorandum, and within the framework of Article 22.9 of the Law on Corporate Income Tax, the parties will cooperate to train qualified personnel for the information and communications sector, develop new products and localize manufacturing technologies domestically, provide practical internships for students, and strengthen the material base for research.
We are confident that our cooperation will strengthen the linkage between SICT's education, research and innovation, and at the same time increase the human resources capacity of the information, communications and electronics sector — making it a meaningful contribution to Mongolia's digital transformation and development.
